INFORMATION FOR OUR CHILI MAKERS…

The event starts at 4:30. Please set up your table early and be ready for guests by 4:15.

I will be out by the pavilion around 2:00 setting up. You can set up as early as you would like.

Each guest will sign in and will receive one ballot. They will vote for their favorite chili and most spirited chili makers. When they turn in their ballot,

their name will be crossed off to ensure one vote per person.

We will provide:

An electrical source, serving ladle, paper towels, napkins, tasting cups, spoons, ballots, pens, poster board, and an apron for you to customize! If you need a table, please coordinate with Larry to pick one up.

You need to provide:

Your chili for tasting, A list of ingredients posted at your table,(in case of allergies) a crock pot or something that can keep your chili heated, a long extension cord.

Ideas- Decorate you table, set up a tent, have add ons to top your samples, make your apron stand out, have a poster advertising your chili, wear a costume and have trick or treat candy!
