The land has been in our family since it was granted to our ancestors as a kings Grant.

Elizabeth Vereen Howard (Monk) started developing her land into a campground back in the 1960’s.

Every home has a US post office mailbox assigned, stop by the office for your key. ($25 deposit)

Sometimes alligators and even sharks swim into our saltwater lake.

A few years ago there was a bear roaming around the park.

All of the front office ladies are related.

The club house is connected to the front office and is free for you to reserve for events and parties.

We have a complimentary library full of books and new magazines for you! Feel free to take whatever you want, donations accepted too!

You can reserve the lakefront gazebo for private parties, this is complimentary for residents.

There is a horseshoe pit on the lawn by the gazebo. (Horseshoes available in the office)

We have been having our Memorial Day picnic for residents for over 29 years and only missed one year in that time because of Covid.

Larry, our main landscaper and on site park maintenance man, plants a community garden every year.

There are multiple fruit trees in the park, ask Larry before picking though…
